Implementing Isotope on My Site

I first finalized my demo by creating horizontal navigation and finally getting the rollovers to work:

Then I tried to put it on my site, but again ran into troubles. Still not entirely sure why it wasn’t working here because it looked fine, appearance-wise (unlike all of my other disastrous demos):

But I did get it all sorted out and now it works! I think this has been the most exciting/rewarding part of this project so far:

Tried to work sorting out but it was posing some troubles (even though I now understand the plugin a lot better) so I decided to leave it for a bit and tackle it once everything else is done, if I have time. Here’s the little progress I made with it at all:
